Physiotherapy and Osteopathy in Jounieh and Sarba

By Dr Charbel Alam, Osteopath & Physiotherapist · 4 min read

Who the Jounieh clinic is for

People usually come with back or neck pain, sciatica, shoulder and knee problems, sports injuries, posture-related pain or recovery after surgery. The aim is to find what is driving the problem, treat it and give you the tools to keep it from coming back.

Common problems for people living in Keserwan

Long commutes on the coastal highway, desk work and time spent on a phone can all contribute to neck and lower back pain. Sport and active work bring their own muscle, tendon and joint injuries. Your plan is built around your own routine, so the exercises fit the life you actually lead.

What happens at your first visit

Your first appointment includes a detailed conversation, an examination of how you move and a clear explanation of what is going on. If treatment is suitable, it can begin the same day and you leave with a plan. If your symptoms need medical investigation, you will be referred.

  • Bring scan or X-ray reports and any doctor’s letters
  • Bring a list of current medications
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
