Back & Neck Pain Treatment
Back and neck pain are among the most common reasons people miss work and stop exercising. The good news: the large majority of cases improve with conservative, hands-on care and the right exercise.
Treatment focuses on calming irritated tissues, restoring normal movement and addressing the habits (sitting, lifting, sleep, stress) that keep pain coming back.

Back & Neck Pain Treatment: common questions
Do I need an X-ray or MRI for back pain?
Usually not. Clinical guidelines recommend imaging only when there are warning signs or when results would change treatment. If your assessment suggests imaging is needed, you will be referred to a doctor.
When is back pain an emergency?
Seek urgent medical care if back pain comes with numbness around the groin or buttocks, new problems controlling your bladder or bowels, progressive leg weakness, fever, or follows a significant fall or accident.
Can a pillow or mattress cause neck pain?
They can contribute. A pillow that keeps your neck roughly level with your spine when lying on your side or back is generally most comfortable, but sleep posture is rarely the only factor.
Ready to move without pain?
Book an assessment and leave with a clear diagnosis, hands-on treatment and a plan you can follow.
